Not sure if your site is ready for a maintenance plan?
If you have been managing your site reactively, or have not had it reviewed recently, a Foundation Audit gives you a clear baseline before ongoing maintenance begins. With WordPress admin access, it covers plugin health, theme structure, and known software conflicts alongside the wider review.
You receive a concise written report, prioritised actions, a recommendation on improvement vs rebuild vs no action, and a 30-minute call to walk through findings. If you proceed with work within 30 days, the £295 fee is credited in full.
I would not hesitate in recommending Reflect & Refine to any other business or individual, in particular if your requirements are for top quality services.

I have been using Reflect & Refine for many years and they have always exceeded expectations. Richard has been very quick and efficient in dealing with any requests which is so important when you rely heavily upon your website as your main source of new custom.

Maintenance plans suit WordPress sites that need reliable upkeep after a build or improvement project. Recent WordPress work includes SEO and website improvement for Top of the Rock Tuition (an ongoing engagement across three studio locations), repairing a broken media library for Perfect Gifts Online after a hosting migration, and an Elementor rebuild for Extended Ideas for a Derby architect.
More on why structured maintenance matters and what good ongoing support looks like in practice.
A maintenance plan is ongoing support that keeps your WordPress site reliable and secure. It includes proactive maintenance such as core and plugin updates, security and backups, performance tuning, and small iterative improvements so the site stays fast and stable without waiting for a rebuild.
A maintenance plan is ongoing and scheduled; one-off support is ad hoc. Maintenance plans provide continuity, predictable capacity, and someone who knows the site. One-off support suits occasional fixes but doesn't replace ongoing maintenance for sites that matter to the business.
Most new sites benefit from a Foundation Audit (£295) before joining, unless you have had one within the last three months, we built the site, or you are an existing client. It is a manual review of foundations, performance, security, plugin and theme health, SEO basics, and maintainability, with a written report, prioritised actions, and a 30-minute call. If you proceed with improvement work within 30 days, the audit fee is credited in full. Existing clients or sites we've built typically don't need a separate review.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no minimum contract. Annual plans are for a 12-month period. We don't tie you in beyond what you've paid for.
Maintain suits small, stable sites that need essential upkeep. Support suits growing businesses that need regular fixes and performance work. Growth suits sites with WooCommerce or heavier traffic that need daily scanning and staging tests before updates go live.
Maintenance plans cover ongoing updates, backups and support. Hosting is separate. We can advise on hosting if needed.
Yes. We work with WordPress sites regardless of who built them. The initial audit helps us understand the setup and any work needed before maintenance begins.
Support and Growth plans include a set number of hours per month. Additional support is invoiced separately at our standard rate.
