The challenge
The previous site no longer represented the quality of Adele's work or the Dermalogica brand. As a Dermalogica Expert offering tailored skin therapies (from Pro Skin treatments and Pro Multivitamin to advanced options like microneedling and dermaplaning), the website needed to feel professional, trustworthy and aligned with the products clients see in the treatment room.
The site also had to work hard for local visibility: clients in Dronfield, Chesterfield, Sheffield and across Derbyshire searching for skin treatments or a Dermalogica therapist needed to find a clear, credible presence. Navigation and the path from browsing treatments to getting in touch had to be straightforward.
